2) Who should use this form?

Use this form if you are an individual (data subject) who wants to exercise rights under KVKK (Law No. 6698) regarding personal data processed by Harmonity.

If you are a Harmonity customer user (work account)

In many cases, Harmonity processes personal data on behalf of your employer/customer as a data processor. If your request relates to data contained in your organization’s workspace (e.g., contracts you access at work), you may need to contact your employer/customer administrator (data controller) first.

We will still review your request and, where appropriate, coordinate or redirect you to the correct controller.

6) Identity verification (required)

To protect your data, we may request verification before processing your application.

Please provide one of the following (mask/blur non-essential details where possible):

  • A signed request with a scanned copy/photo of a valid ID document
  • If submitting via your verified business email associated with your Harmonity account, we may verify via account-based methods and request less documentation
  • Any other verification method we reasonably accept for security purposes

Do not send more data than necessary. If we need additional information, we will ask.

7) Process, timing, and fees

  • We aim to respond within the timeframes required by KVKK and applicable guidance.
  • If your request is complex or requires additional verification, we may ask for clarification.
  • Requests are generally handled free of charge, but if the request requires an additional cost (e.g., physical copies, excessive/duplicative requests), we may charge a fee according to applicable regulations.

8) Outcomes and limitations

We may:

  • Approve and fulfill your request
  • Partially fulfill your request (with explanation)
  • Decline your request where legally permitted (with explanation)
  • Redirect you to the relevant data controller (e.g., your employer) if Harmonity acts only as a processor for that data

We may retain certain data despite deletion requests when required by:

  • Legal obligations (e.g., tax/accounting retention)
  • Security and fraud prevention
  • Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims

9) Authorized representative requests

If you submit on behalf of someone else, include:

  • Power of attorney or documented authorization
  • Identity verification for both the representative and the data subject
  • Clear scope of the authorization
